Urges the County of Maui and Maui Emergency Management Agency, working with the Department of Transportation and Hawaii Emergency Management Agency, to develop and implement an evacuation route signage program for Maui County.

Directs the program to consider best practices from other states and municipalities, including standardized signage, digital integration, and multilingual accessibility features.

Requests collaboration between county and state agencies to ensure evacuation signage placement aligns with existing evacuation plans and infrastructure.

Requests public awareness campaigns to educate residents and visitors about designated evacuation routes and signage.

Requires transmittal of certified copies to the Governor, Director of Transportation, Hawaii Emergency Management Agency Administrator, Maui County Mayor, Maui County Council Chairperson, and Maui Emergency Management Agency Administrator.
