Requests the Governor to establish a temporary working group to investigate per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and related chemicals in Hawaii due to documented health risks including cancer, liver damage, and immune system weakening.

Working group membership includes representatives from the Department of Health, Department of Land and Natural Resources, Department of Agriculture, University of Hawaii System, and other relevant stakeholders.

Directs the working group to identify PFAS contamination locations, test waterways and bodies of water, test fish and animals for human consumption, and assess environmental and public health risks to vulnerable communities.

Requires the working group to review existing regulations, propose contamination testing and remediation strategies, and recommend changes to state policies and resource allocation.

Mandates interim reports to the Legislature by twenty days before the 2026 and 2027 regular sessions, with a final report due by twenty days before the 2028 regular session including findings, recommendations, proposed legislation, and funding sources.
