Clarifies that employee training grants under the Manufacturing Development Program cover training on both new and existing manufacturing equipment

Prohibits businesses that receive Manufacturing Development Program grants for renewable energy systems from also claiming the renewable energy technology tax credit under section 235-12.5 for the same system

Manufacturing grants remain capped at 20% of eligible costs, with a maximum of $100,000 per company per year
