Directs the Office of Wellness and Resilience to collaborate with the Department of Human Services to design, administer, and implement a trauma-informed care organizational assessment and training program for Child Welfare Services Branch staff

Requires evidence-based assessment tools to evaluate current policies for serving children and families who have experienced trauma, as well as assess worker well-being including vicarious trauma, secondary traumatic stress, and burnout

Training curriculum must establish a cohort of trained trainers, specialized supervisor training, and include a child welfare services expert to consult on implementation

Appropriates unspecified general fund amounts for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to the Office of Wellness and Resilience for program implementation

Takes effect December 31, 2050
