Doubles the deposit and refund value for beverage containers in Hawaii from 5 cents to 10 cents

Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes sections 342G-105, 342G-110, 342G-111, and 342G-112 to implement the increased refund value

Applies the new 10-cent refund value requirement to refillable glass deposit beverage containers with permanently marked brand names

Deposit beverage distributors must pay the Department of Health the net number of containers sold multiplied by the container fee plus the new 10-cent refund value

Takes effect on January 1, 2026
