Expands Hawaii Public Housing Authority's (HPHA) ability to post "Closed to the Public – No Trespassing" signs to include all parcels owned by the authority, not just housing project areas

Adds new provision allowing HPHA offices and facilities to be closed to the public during non-business hours with posted signage that includes hours of operation

Requires "No Trespassing" signs to have letters at least two inches in height and be placed at reasonable intervals (minimum three signs per mile) along boundary lines and at all entrances

Public streets, roads, highways, sidewalks, and county or state bus stops within HPHA properties remain open to the public

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
