Mandates that manufactured hemp products be stored behind sales counters in areas inaccessible to the public or in locked containers

Requires retailers to prominently display notices on premises and websites stating that sales to anyone under 21 are prohibited

Violations are subject to fines under existing section 328G-6; effective date set for July 1, 3000
