Appropriates $2,500,000 for fiscal year 2025-2026 for Manele Small Boat Harbor on Lanai, the only small boat harbor on the island

Funds a structural engineering analysis to assess the integrity of the harbor's infrastructure, including impacts from sea level rise and climate-related damage

Supports planning, design, and construction of repairs and improvements to the harbor's water line system, which has experienced multiple main breaks causing substantial water spills

Facilitates reopening a primary section of roadway that was closed indefinitely due to water main breaks and hazardous traffic conditions

Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation within the Department of Land and Natural Resources will administer the funds, effective July 1, 2025
