Amends Act 205 (Session Laws of Hawaii 2024), which regulates charitable fundraising platforms, to reduce compliance burdens on platforms and platform charities while maintaining donor protection and transparency

Allows charitable fundraising platforms and charities to continue accepting donations for recipient organizations with minor administrative deficiencies, provided the organization's IRS tax-exempt status has not been revoked

Removes vicarious liability between charitable fundraising platforms and platform charities for misuse of funds, making each entity liable only for its own actions

Eliminates the $25,000 bond requirement for charitable fundraising platforms and platform charities (requirement remains only for professional solicitors)

Extends the effective date of Act 205 from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026, with this amendatory act taking effect July 1, 2026
