Requires the State Auditor to conduct management and financial audits of Medicaid managed care organizations contracted with the Department of Human Services at least once every two years

First audit must be conducted within six months of July 1, 2025, with the initial report due no later than 20 days before the 2027 regular legislative session

Audits must assess financial integrity, performance, and compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and contractual obligations of each Medicaid health care insurance contractor

Medicaid contractors must cooperate fully with audits and promptly provide all requested records, documents, and information

Appropriates unspecified funds from general revenues for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to the Office of the State Auditor to conduct the required audits
