Lowers the minimum age requirement for certified caregivers in adult foster homes from 21 years to 18 years of age

Certified caregivers provide 24-hour care, training, and supervision to adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities in private family homes

Adult foster homes may house up to two unrelated adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities, with a waiver available from the Director of Health to allow up to three total adults
