Changes restricted use pesticide reporting from annual to quarterly submissions to the Department of Agriculture

Requires reports to include geospatial data and information up to one square mile, in addition to existing tax map key requirements

Mandates reporting of pesticide quantities in pounds of active ingredient applied and percentage of active ingredient, rather than just total quantities

Requires public disclosure summaries by county to include geospatial data showing where restricted use pesticide applications occurred

Directs the Department of Agriculture to develop an online reporting tool for restricted use pesticide reporting
