Expands the buffer zone for restricted use pesticide application around schools from 100 feet to one-half mile (2,640 feet), effective January 1, 2025

Extends the buffer zone prohibition to include state and county public parks, which were not previously covered

Requires the Department of Agriculture to use consistent units of measurement when publicly reporting total quantities of restricted use pesticides used by county

Exempts whole structure fumigation from the buffer zone requirements

Specifies that if buffer zone requirements conflict with pesticide label instructions, the more restrictive provision applies
