Restricts use of the works of art special fund to solely cover costs for acquiring works of art, eliminating previously authorized uses for site modifications, display, maintenance, repair, restoration, storage, and transportation

Appropriates general funds ($4,028,811 per year) and authorizes federal funds ($283,962 per year) for FY 2025-2027 to fund 22 positions at the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts, plus support for Hawaii State Art Museum operations and related activities

Appropriates unspecified amounts from general revenues for performing arts initiatives and to expand arts programming in schools
