Amends Section 514B-123 of Hawaii Revised Statutes governing condominium association proxy voting requirements

Eliminates the option for unit owners to assign their proxy vote to the board of directors as a whole (with voting based on majority preference of directors present)

Removes the option for unit owners to give their proxy vote to be shared equally among directors present at a meeting

Limits standard proxy form options to two choices: proxy for quorum purposes only, or proxy assigned to a specific named individual

Takes effect July 1, 2025
