Establishes strict liability for crimes against persons 60 years of age or older, removing the previous requirement that the defendant knew or reasonably should have known the victim's age

Amends assault in the first degree (class B felony) to impose strict liability when causing substantial bodily injury to a person 60 or older

Amends assault in the second degree (class C felony) to impose strict liability when causing bodily injury to a person 60 or older

Applies strict liability to theft offenses (first and second degree) targeting persons 60 or older, including theft from the person and theft of property/services exceeding $250, $750, or $20,000 thresholds

Extends strict liability to unauthorized entry in a dwelling (class B felony) and forgery offenses (first and second degree) when victims are 60 years of age or older
