Appropriates $49,500,000 from the stadium development special fund to the stadium authority for fiscal year 2025-2026 for the new Aloha Stadium entertainment district project

Requires any conditions imposed by the legislature on appropriations to the stadium development special fund to be met before the funds can be expended

Mandates that unexpended and unencumbered funds in the stadium development special fund immediately lapse to the general fund if the project is terminated

Conditions the appropriation on the stadium authority meeting development timelines for the new Aloha Stadium entertainment district, with a target completion of summer 2028 for the stadium and first phase of district development

Takes effect July 1, 2025
