Establishes a five-year family resilience pilot program within the Office of Wellness and Resilience to help families at risk of child welfare system involvement

Provides trauma-informed peer support navigators with lived experience to assist families with enrollment in public benefits, family strengthening, and cultural programming

Offers financial assistance for food, clothing, housing, child care, and transportation needs, plus parenting intervention programs to improve caregiver-child relationships

Requires the Office of Wellness and Resilience to establish data tracking protocols and an implementation/evaluation plan by December 31, 2025

Appropriates unspecified general fund amounts for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027, with the pilot program sunsetting on June 30, 2030
