Creates an expedited administrative process allowing property owners to apply to the Director of Law Enforcement to remove unauthorized occupants (squatters) from residential or commercial property, bypassing traditional court eviction proceedings

Requires property owners to submit a sworn application certifying the occupant has no permission, is not a former tenant, is not a family member, and has no pending litigation regarding the property, along with an indemnity agreement and processing fee

Establishes "criminal trespasser property damage in the first degree" as a class C felony when unauthorized occupants intentionally cause more than $1,000 in damage, and second degree as a misdemeanor for damage exceeding $100

Creates new misdemeanor offense for presenting false documents purporting to convey real property rights to detain property

Makes fraudulent listing or advertising of residential property for sale or rent without ownership or authorization a class C felony
