Extends the supportive housing pilot program sunset date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2030

Clarifies that supportive services payments administered by the Statewide Office on Homelessness and Housing Solutions shall not exceed $800 per unit per month

Removes language that the $800 per unit funding was intended to be matched with federal Medicaid funds

Supportive services include mental health, substance abuse, counseling, employment services, and daily living activities to help residents retain housing

Takes effect on June 29, 2025
