Requires appeals from on-call circuit judge decisions to go to the intermediate appellate court, with a 10-day deadline after the judge's written decision is served

Maintains voter protections during appeals by keeping challenged voters on the register pending appellate court decisions, with ballots placed in sealed envelopes

Takes effect July 1, 2025
