Requires individual condominium managing agents and employees of managing agent entities to obtain a license from the commission before providing services to associations

Applicants for licensure must hold a current certification as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CAMICB), Association Management Specialist (CAI), or Professional Community Association Manager (CAI)

Licensed individuals must act in accordance with the association's declaration, bylaws, and rules, as well as state laws and county ordinances

Licensed managing agents and employees are required to intervene with respect to any misconduct by board members or unit owners as soon as reasonably practicable

Amends Section 514B-132, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to add these new licensing requirements while maintaining existing registration and fidelity bond requirements for managing agent entities
