Establishes the Affordable Housing Land Inventory Task Force within the Hawaii Community Development Authority to identify state lands suitable for affordable housing development

Task force membership includes directors from the Office of Planning and Sustainable Development (chair), Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation, Hawaii Public Housing Authority, HCDA, Board of Land and Natural Resources, and Land Use Commission

Requires the task force to update maps and inventories from the 2016 Affordable Rental Housing Report, focus on existing urban lands, examine mixed-use redevelopment opportunities, and identify lands for 100,000 new housing units designated as "important housing lands"

Appropriates $1,000,000 in general revenues for fiscal year 2025-2026 to fund a staff position and contractual services for the task force

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the legislature by 20 days before the 2026 regular session and will dissolve on January 1, 2026
