Appropriates $10,800,000 annually for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 to the Department of Human Services for core homelessness services

Allocates $3,750,000 for the Housing First program and $3,750,000 for the Rapid Re-Housing program

Provides $1,550,000 for family assessment centers and $1,750,000 for homeless outreach and civil legal services

Establishes sustainable base budget funding for homelessness programs that have historically relied on annual supplemental appropriations of $10,800,000 for nearly a decade

Takes effect July 1, 2025
