Lowers the threshold for requiring a county-verified statement when registering condominium projects in agricultural districts from projects with more than five units to projects with more than two units

Requires condominium project applicants in agricultural districts to present their project to the applicable neighborhood board in counties that have neighborhood boards subject to Hawaii's public meetings law (Chapter 92, Part VII)

County-verified statements must confirm the project does not restrict agricultural uses and must include assessments of infrastructure availability, impacts on government plans, and sensitive environmental resources

Effective date is July 1, 3000 (placeholder date indicating the bill requires further amendment before implementation)
