Establishes a temporary Parkinson's Patient Air Transport Feasibility Committee within the Department of Health to examine ways to improve access to movement disorder care for neighbor island residents.

Committee membership includes six members: the directors of health and transportation (or designees), a Parkinson's community representative, a movement disorder physician, a patient advocacy representative, and an airline industry representative.

Committee must examine patient travel needs, current costs for interisland travel and lodging, potential funding models for an air transport assistance fund (including state appropriations, federal grants, and private partnerships), and collaboration opportunities with airlines and nonprofits.

Committee must be seated by September 30, 2026, meet monthly through December 2026, and submit findings and proposed legislation to the legislature by December 30, 2026, with dissolution on June 30, 2027.

Appropriates an unspecified sum from general revenues for fiscal year 2026-2027 for staffing, research, travel, and administrative support.
