Adds a new statutory definition for "community association manager" as a person responsible for contracted management and oversight of condominium or homeowners associations

Amends the definition of "managing agent" to specify it includes both contracted companies and community association managers retained as independent contractors

Applies these updated definitions to three areas of Hawaii law: cooperative housing corporations (Chapter 421I), planned community associations (Chapter 421J), and condominiums (Chapter 514B)

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
