Establishes the Hawaii Dementia Initiative Business Recognition Program within the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism to promote Alzheimer's and dementia awareness in the business community.

Requires 85% of a business's current employees to complete a one-hour dementia training session for the business to be recognized as "dementia-friendly" or a "dementia business champion."

Certified businesses receive a website badge and physical decal/sticker displaying their Hawaii Dementia Initiative certification status.

Requires the department to collaborate with the Executive Office on Aging to implement the program, provide training resources through a speakers bureau, and develop written guidance for staff handling situations involving customers or co-workers with dementia.

Appropriates an unspecified amount from general revenues for fiscal year 2026-2027 to establish and administer the program.
