Renames "agricultural activities" and "aquacultural activities" to "agricultural purposes" and "aquacultural purposes" in Hawaii Revised Statutes section 166-2.

Allows the Department of Agriculture to dispose of agricultural park lots for commercial activity after initial park development, regardless of prior county council approval of plans for such commercial use, unless original plans prohibited it.

Authorizes swine and swine product production using Korean natural farming methods in agricultural parks with more than 50 lots located in counties with populations between 200,000 and 300,000.

Defines "Korean natural farming" as a self-sufficient farming system that uses cultured indigenous microorganisms instead of inorganic fertilizers to produce fertile soil.

Scheduled effective date of July 1, 3000 (placeholder date indicating further legislative action needed).
