Requires the Director of Labor and Industrial Relations to notify injured workers or their dependents (widow, widower, reciprocal beneficiary, or children) of additional benefits they may be entitled to beyond workers' compensation.

Limits notifications to information about services offered by nonprofit entities only.

Authorizes the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to share information about nonstatutory programs and benefits offered by nonprofit organizations to injured employees and their families.

Prohibits the department from sharing an injured worker's contact information with nonprofit organizations without the worker's express consent.

Makes technical amendments to update statutory cross-references in section 386-151(b) regarding payments into the special compensation fund.
