Mandates reporting of pesticide quantities as pounds of active ingredient applied and percentage of active ingredient, rather than just total product quantities.

Requires public disclosure summaries by county to include geospatial data and active ingredient breakdowns for each restricted use pesticide used.

Appropriates unspecified funds for fiscal year 2026-2027 to develop an online reporting tool for restricted use pesticide reporting, with an effective date of July 1, 2026.
