Notice must be available in printed and electronic formats, translated into the most commonly spoken languages in Hawaii, and accessible to individuals with disabilities.

Landlords must provide tenants with a copy of the most recent notice of tenant rights at or before lease signing, in the tenant's preferred language if available.

Landlords who fail to provide the required notice are subject to a fine (amount not specified in the bill draft).
