Implements the legislative recommendations from the Condominium Property Regime Task Force established by Act 189, Session Laws of Hawaii 2023.

The task force was created to examine mediation, litigation, costs, legal remedies among condominium association stakeholders, board and unit owner authorities, and governmental oversight.

The task force's final report with proposed legislation changes is due to the legislature by June 30, 2026.
