Reduces the maximum fee condominium associations can charge for copies of association records from $1 per page to 75 cents per page for standard-sized documents.

Requires condominium associations to make general ledgers, project information forms (RR-105C), and statements of account available through an internet site at no cost to unit owners or their authorized agents.

Associations may continue charging up to 75 cents per page for standard documents, with fees for oversized pages (exceeding 8.5 by 14 inches) allowed to exceed that amount.

Effective upon approval of the bill.
