Establishes nonconsensual disclosure of intimate or private images as a class B felony in Hawaii, covering intentional disclosure or threats to disclose such images without consent to coerce victims into providing money, sexual acts, additional images, acts of self-harm, or to affect family court proceedings.

Defines "intimate images" as digital photos, videos, or computer-generated content depicting nudity or sexual conduct, and "private images" as content depicting acts of self-harm or self-mutilation resulting in bodily injury.

Applies enhanced penalties when victims are minors under 18, vulnerable adults, or suffer bodily injury, and when an adult perpetrator targets these protected groups.

Adds a new criterion for extended prison terms when nonconsensual disclosure of intimate or private images targeting a minor or vulnerable adult is the proximate cause of the victim's death.

Takes effect July 1, 3000, and does not affect rights, duties, penalties, or proceedings that existed before the effective date.
