Requires the Fuel Tank Advisory Committee to hold at least one regular meeting during each calendar quarter.

The committee studies issues related to leaks from field-constructed underground fuel storage tanks at five military facilities: Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility, Kuahua Peninsula, Pacific Missile Range Facility Barking Sands, Hickam Pol Annex, and Schofield Barracks Military Reservation.

Committee responsibilities include examining health effects on residents, safe drinking water, environmental impacts, response strategies, and communication between military branches, the State, and local water suppliers.

Appropriates an unspecified amount from state general revenues for fiscal year 2026-2027 to support additional meetings, including contracting with a third-party administrator.

Takes effect July 1, 2026, with funds to be expended by the Department of Health.
