Requires coffee blends containing both Hawaii-grown and foreign coffees to display the percentage by weight of each origin on labels, with origins listed in descending order

Mandates that 100% Hawaii-grown coffee labels include either the single geographic origin followed by "Coffee" or specify percentages when blending multiple Hawaiian origins with "All Hawaiian" designation

Effective date set for July 1, 3000
