Requires liquor license inspections to be conducted annually, with unannounced visits permitted during regular business hours and mandatory for follow-up visits, correction of deficiencies, or complaint investigations

Eliminates the Class 5 dispenser license category for premises where employees or entertainers are compensated to sit with patrons

Removes the requirement that cabaret license holders must serve food on premises

Changes the authority for investigators and police officers to enter licensed premises when denied admittance from "forcibly and in any manner break into" to "use reasonable force to" enter

Takes effect on July 1, 2025
