HI HB2190

Requires the Hawaii Department of Transportation to create and maintain an electronic dashboard on its website for state road and highway construction projects exceeding $1,000,000.

Dashboard must disclose the costs, current status, and expected completion timeline for each qualifying project.

Applies to all current state construction projects involving state roads or highways.

Adds a new transparency section to Chapter 264 (Public Highways and Trails) of Hawaii Revised Statutes.

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
