Appropriates $300,000 from general revenues for fiscal year 2026-2027 to the Hawaii Technology Development Corporation (HTDC) to help small businesses adopt artificial intelligence and advanced digital tools

Targets technology enablement for Hawaii's tourism sector businesses, which face challenges from geographic isolation, workforce constraints, seasonal revenue volatility, and rising operating costs

Authorizes HTDC to collaborate with other state or county agencies as necessary to implement technology adoption projects

Requires HTDC to submit a status report to the legislature no later than 20 days before the 2027 regular session convenes

Takes effect July 1, 2026
