Adds a new exemption to Hawaii's wage and hour law for individuals employed in agriculture who are primarily engaged in the range production of livestock

Amends the definition of "employee" in Section 387-1, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to exclude these livestock range workers from minimum wage and overtime protections

Effective date is set for July 1, 3000 (a placeholder date indicating the legislature intends to amend before final passage)
