Requires condominium association board members to complete a board training and education course within one year of election, with the course approved by an accredited third-party organization selected by the Real Estate Commission.

Training costs for board members will be paid through the Condominium Education Trust Fund rather than by individual board members or associations.

Expands the Condominium Education Trust Fund's educational purposes to explicitly include board members as beneficiaries alongside the public and registered parties.

Changes language from "may not" to "shall not" regarding board actions that require unit owner approval, such as amending declarations/bylaws or removing the condominium from chapter provisions.

Takes effect July 1, 2026.
