Adds beta-methylacetyl fentanyl to the list of Schedule I controlled opiates under Hawaii's Uniform Controlled Substances Act (Section 329-14).

Renumbers existing opiates in the Schedule I list from paragraph (22) onward to accommodate the new substance.

Classifies beta-methylacetyl fentanyl alongside other synthetic fentanyl analogs that have no accepted medical use and high potential for abuse.

Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 329-14(b), which governs Schedule I opiates including their isomers, esters, ethers, and salts.
