Prohibits music streaming platforms from hosting, distributing, or making available any music performed by or attributed to an artificial intelligence music artist in Hawaii

Defines "artificial intelligence music artist" as a non-human persona created through AI that is marketed or promoted as a musical performer or recording artist

Grants the Department of the Attorney General exclusive authority to enforce the new chapter and adopt administrative rules

Classifies violations as unfair methods of competition and unfair or deceptive trade practices under Hawaii's consumer protection law (section 480-2)

Effective date set for July 1, 3000 (placeholder date indicating the bill requires further amendment before implementation)
