Expands Hawaii's wage transparency law to require employers to disclose hourly rates or salary ranges on job listings for all covered employees, including full-time, part-time, temporary, and seasonal workers

Removes the existing exemption that allowed employers with fewer than 50 employees to avoid disclosing wage information in job postings

Maintains exemptions for internal transfers/promotions and public employee positions where compensation is determined through collective bargaining

Applies to any employer with at least one covered employee in Hawaii

Takes effect July 1, 3000 (placeholder date)
