Requires the Department of Human Services to post on its website by February 1, 2027, a list of agencies providing pregnancy support services in English and Hawaiian, explicitly excluding any organizations that counsel for, refer, or provide abortion services.

Creates a dedicated webpage at AdoptionOption.HI.gov listing public and nonprofit adoption agencies not affiliated with abortion providers, including information on whether birth mothers can choose adoptive parents and agencies offering free ultrasounds and counseling.

Establishes a 14-member Adoption Promotion Task Force within the Department of Human Services, including social workers, adoption attorneys, nonprofit representatives, and four legislators, to advise on website content and develop a public education initiative promoting adoption.

Task force members serve without compensation but receive reimbursement for travel and expenses, with the body exempt from open meetings requirements under Chapter 92.

The task force sunsets on July 1, 2028, or upon completing its objectives, whichever comes first.
