Requires the Hawaii Department of Health to publish a searchable, sortable online database of all state-licensed care facilities including adult day care centers, foster homes, long-term care facilities, and special treatment facilities

Database must include each facility's type, initial licensing date, license renewal and expiration dates, most recent inspection date, and a hyperlink to the latest inspection report

Information must be updated within five days of any changes to facility data

Addresses concerns about public access to oversight information following the 2020 COVID-19 outbreak at Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home in Hilo, which resulted in 27 resident deaths

Takes effect July 1, 2025
