Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation required to create and maintain a public "Housing Equity Dashboard" on its website, updated annually, in coordination with the governor's office, DBEDT, Hawaii Public Housing Authority, and counties.

Dashboard must track affordable housing production data by county and neighborhood, including units planned, under construction, and completed; affordability restriction durations; rental vs. homeownership units; and categorization by area median income levels (30%, 50%, and 80% AMI).

Dashboard must include poverty concentration indicators such as households below 200% federal poverty level, cost-burdened households, unemployment rates, and school mobility rates, as well as displacement indicators like eviction filings, rent increases, and loss of naturally affordable housing.

Public infrastructure investment data must be tracked, including state and county capital projects for transportation, parks, schools, water/sewer, and public safety that relate to housing developments.

Corporation must submit annual reports to the legislature summarizing trends in affordable housing distribution, poverty concentration, displacement, and infrastructure alignment, along with policy recommendations; appropriates unspecified general fund amount for fiscal year 2026-2027, effective July 1, 2026.
