Requires the State Auditor to conduct an audit of the Department of Education covering fiscal years 2024-2025 and 2025-2026.

Audit must focus specifically on financial efficiency and administrative overhead costs affecting DOE schools on the island of Oahu.

Audit report must be submitted to the legislature and Department of Education no later than 20 days before the 2028 regular legislative session convenes.

Auditor may contract with a third party to conduct the audit services.
