Prohibits cooperative housing corporations, planned community associations, and condominium associations from banning the display of the Hawaiian flag (Ka Hae Hawaiʻi) within an owner's or tenant shareholder's dwelling unit or exclusive-use limited common elements.

Allows associations and corporations to adopt reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions on Hawaiian flag displays to protect substantial organizational interests.

Amends three chapters of Hawaii Revised Statutes: Chapter 421I (cooperative housing), Chapter 421J (planned community associations), and Chapter 514B (condominiums).

Modeled after the federal Freedom to Display the American Flag Act of 2005, which protects display of the U.S. flag on residential property.

Effective date set for July 1, 3000 (placeholder date indicating further legislative action needed).
